Eligibility

The Service is intended only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and who hold an active Robi mobile connection. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the full authority, right and capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are not at least 18 years old, you are not permitted to access or use the Service. You also confirm that you are the owner of, or are authorized to use, the Robi number you provide.

Subscription Packs and Charges

Access to tournaments requires an active paid subscription. The following packs are available:

• Daily Pack: BDT 5 for 24 hours of access (including tax)
• Weekly Pack: BDT 20 for 7 days of access (including tax)
• Monthly Pack: BDT 60 for 30 days of access (including tax)

Prices, pack validity and available packs may change from time to time as described in Section 6.

How to Subscribe

To subscribe:

1. Open the microsite https://rb.quizgiri.com.bd/ or the web app https://app.rb.quizgiri.com.bd/.
2. Select your preferred pack and click the "Subscribe" button.
3. Enter your Robi mobile number.
4. Submit the OTP sent to your number.
5. The subscription charge will be deducted from your Robi balance and your subscription will start.
6. Once active, you will receive an SMS and an in-app notification.

A sufficient Robi balance is required for the charge to succeed. If the charge fails, your subscription will not be activated or renewed, and you will not be able to participate in tournaments.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis ("Billing Cycle") according to the pack you choose. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions, and the applicable charge will be deducted from your Robi balance, unless you unsubscribe or the Company cancels it.

If you unsubscribe, your subscription will not renew after the current Billing Cycle ends. By subscribing, you authorize the Company and Robi to charge the applicable subscription fee to your Robi account.

Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, including insufficient balance, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service with immediate effect.

How to Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time:

• From the Quizgiri web app or microsite, or
• By dialing the designated Robi unsubscribe code.

You will receive a confirmation once your unsubscription is processed.

Fee Changes and Changes to Packs

The Company, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify subscription fees, pack validity or available packs. Any change will take effect at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide reasonable prior notice (for example, by SMS or in-app notice) so you have the opportunity to unsubscribe before the change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the modified fee.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions are processed automatically as soon as they are placed, and we and our partners incur irreversible fees during this process. Therefore:

• If you unsubscribe at any time within your subscription period, you are entitled to use the Service for the entire period you have already paid for. After that period ends, you will not be charged again.
• Charges already deducted for a Billing Cycle are non-refundable, except where a charge was made in error or as required by law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact customer care.

Quiz Rules

1. After entering the app, select any tournament of your choice and begin playing.
2. Each correct answer earns 5 points.
3. If you answer a question again after already answering it correctly, no additional points will be awarded.

Tournament Participation Rules

• An active subscription is required to participate in any tournament.
• Your subscription must remain active until the tournament's time period ends.
• If you subscribed but your payment was not successful, you will not be able to participate in tournaments.
• You may play as many times as the tournament allows.
• If you leave a tournament before completing it, you will not get another chance to replay it.
• Winners are ranked by the highest points scored in the shortest time.
• Prizes will be awarded within four (4) weeks after the tournament ends. Some delay may occur due to winner verification.
• The Robi number you play with must be the same as your registered number.
• Only one prize will be awarded per mobile number.
• The Company may disqualify any participant and withhold prizes where it suspects cheating, fraud, use of bots or automated tools, multiple accounts, false information or any breach of these Terms.
• The Company's decision on winners and prize allocation is final.
• The Company may change these rules or conditions at any time, as required, without prior notice. Specific tournaments may have additional rules, which will apply together with these Terms. If a tournament's rules conflict with these Terms, the tournament's rules will apply.

Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise. Winners may be required to provide identity or contact details for verification and delivery. Winners are responsible for any taxes or charges that apply to receiving a prize under applicable law. If a winner cannot be verified or contacted within a reasonable time, the prize may be forfeited.

Communications

By using the Service, you agree to receive service-related messages (such as OTPs, subscription, renewal, cancellation and tournament notifications) by SMS and in-app notification. You also agree to receive promotional messages about Quizgiri. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by following the opt-out instructions in the message or by contacting support@purno.com.bd. Service-related messages cannot be turned off while you have an active subscription.

Accounts and Security

You guarantee that the information you provide is accurate, complete and current. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in termination of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your number and account, and for keeping your OTP and device secure. Never share your OTP with anyone. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel participation at our sole discretion.

Prohibited Uses

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To exploit or harm minors in any way
• To send or procure the sending of spam, chain letters or unsolicited promotional material
• To impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user or any other person or entity
• In any way that infringes the rights of others or is illegal, threatening, fraudulent or harmful
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone else's use or enjoyment of the Service

Additionally, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, spiders or any automated means to access the Service, play quizzes or copy its content
• Cheat, manipulate scores or exploit errors in the Service, or use another person's number to play
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers or connected networks, including by denial-of-service attacks
• Introduce viruses, trojan horses, worms or other malicious or technologically harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or to any server, computer or database connected to it
• Take any action that may damage or falsify Company ratings or rankings

Content and Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, questions, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors, or are used with permission. They are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy or use any content, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain without our prior written permission. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, please email support@purno.com.bd with the subject line "Copyright Infringement", including a description of the work, where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Service, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.

Analytics

We may use third-party service providers to monitor and analyze the use of the Service.

Error Reporting and Feedback

You may send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, problems or complaints at support@purno.com.bd. You agree that you will not retain or assert any rights in the feedback, and that the Company may use it in any manner and for any purpose without obligation to you.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content, privacy policies or practices. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

Role of Robi

Robi provides carrier billing and mobile connectivity for the Service. Robi is not the owner or operator of the Quizgiri content and is not responsible for the content, tournaments or prizes, which are the responsibility of the Company. Your use of Robi's network and billing is also subject to Robi's own terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". THE COMPANY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED IN IT. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Limitation of Liability

EXCEPT AS PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. WHERE LIABILITY IS FOUND, IT WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion and for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may unsubscribe and stop using the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service, and any content or tournament, at our sole discretion and without notice. We are not liable if all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time.

Amendments to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service and unsubscribe.

BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM.
